I'm all about finding balance. I don't expect my clients to become monks, I want to help them improve their lives through exercise.
Most people need a coach to cut out all the noise and give them only what they really need. So I teach them to move the big rocks. Big rocks are those key elements which are relatively easy to implement and which will give you the greatest results. All the little rocks can follow depending on your level of interest.
I went to uni but I never really saw myself as an economist. I played Rugby League professionally and represented Fiji but I didn't want to stay in football forever. I have great interest in nutrition and exercise and I enjoy coaching people. I lost a sister to diabetes and regret not knowing then what I know now. That's why I'm dedicated to changing people's health for the better. I have got my mum exercising, you can see her video on this site. I have my step dad exercising and he has lost five kgs of body fat. I want to get you exercising too.
