Hammer Time boxing offers you a full-body workout, whilst strengthening the body and mind.
Using gloves and timer, the workouts build cardio endurance and muscle tone whilst promoting fat loss. Each class captures the excitement and challenges of genuine fight training in a safe, fun environment.
Exercises such as skipping, crunches and push ups are performed during active rest, to help tone the arms and flatten the stomach. Every session finishes with a fun agility game.
